Ms Rachel Lechmere
School Principal
Rachel commenced as the substantive Principal of JPP during 2025. She was previously a Principal and Deputy Principal in Victoria in both the Catholic & Government systems, as well as teaching in the NT and NSW. After working in Balgo earlier in her career, the East Kimberley called Rachel back to the beautiful colors of it's sacred land, wide open spaces and welcoming people. She is passionate about creating (and maintaining) a learning culture for the children and community of Mulan that is Christ-centered, two-way, calm, safe and vibrant, and in harmony with the natural environment.
